Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected your Facebook account to Pitch Marketing Agency and would like us to delete the data we received through that connection, follow the steps below.

Option 1 — Remove app access on Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.
2. Find Pitch Marketing Agency in the list of apps and websites.
3. Click Remove and confirm.

This revokes our access token immediately. Facebook will also notify us to delete any data associated with your account.

Option 2 — Email us directly

Send a deletion request to helloworld@pitchmarketing.agency with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address or Facebook name associated with your account.

We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What we delete

• Your name and email address received via Facebook Login.
• Your Facebook profile picture URL if stored.
• Any account records tied to your Facebook identity on our platform.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you, and any data we are legally required to keep (e.g., billing records).
